Rooted Hearts Center for Children, Adolescents & Family Wellness
Helping Children and Families Grow Stronger Together
Childhood and adolescence are times of tremendous growth, discovery, and change—but they can also bring challenges that impact the entire family.
At the Rooted Hearts Center for Children, Adolescents & Family Wellness, we understand that children do not develop in isolation. Their emotional well-being is shaped by relationships, attachment, family dynamics, school experiences, developmental differences, trauma, and the world around them.
Our clinicians provide compassionate, trauma-informed, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and families. We help young people develop emotional skills, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges while supporting parents and caregivers along the way.
Because when one person in the family heals, the whole family has the opportunity to grow.

Supporting Parents Means Supporting Children
Parenting can be rewarding, exhausting, confusing, and overwhelming—all at the same time.
Many parents come to therapy feeling unsure:
- “Am I doing this right?”
- “Why does my child react this way?”
- “How do I set limits without damaging our relationship?”
- “How do I support my child’s needs while caring for myself?”
We provide a judgment-free space where parents can gain understanding, skills, and support.
Helping Children Become Their Best Selves
Every child has strengths. Every family has challenges. Growth happens when children feel understood and families feel supported.
At Rooted Hearts, we believe children thrive when they are seen, valued, and connected.
Our goal is not to change who children are—it is to help them understand themselves, develop confidence, and build the skills they need to navigate life.
Because strong roots create strong futures.
