Can my partner participate in treatment?
Yes. When appropriate, we offer couples counseling to strengthen communication, support during life transitions, and improve relationships.
Do you work with women during pregnancy and after childbirth?
Yes. We provide support throughout pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the transition into parenthood.
Do you collaborate with medical providers?
Yes. When appropriate and with your permission, we collaborate with OB/GYNs, primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to support your overall wellness.
Is therapy only for women experiencing a crisis?
Not at all. Many women seek therapy to improve relationships, reduce stress, build confidence, navigate transitions, or simply invest in their emotional well-being.
