We recognize that trauma can impact every aspect of life, and we are committed to helping each person move beyond surviving toward living with hope, confidence, and connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of trauma do you treat?

We work with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, attachment wounds, medical trauma, grief-related trauma, religious trauma, first responder trauma, and other overwhelming life experiences.

Do I have to talk about everything that happened?

No. Trauma therapy moves at your pace. Building safety and trust is the first priority. You will never be pressured to discuss experiences before you’re ready.

What therapies do you use?

Our clinicians may utilize evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-focused interventions, mindfulness-based strategies, and other trauma-informed approaches based on your needs.

Can trauma affect my physical health?

Yes. Trauma can contribute to anxiety, depression, chronic stress, sleep disturbances, relationship difficulties, and physical symptoms. Healing often involves addressing both emotional and physical well-being.

Can children benefit from trauma therapy?

Absolutely. Early intervention can help children develop healthy coping skills and reduce the long-term impact of traumatic experiences.
